My Journey: Holistic Health and Creative Expression

Among other things dear to me, I am an artist, author, and poet. Healing The Whole You; A Holistic Perspective is my latest work in progress. I continue to plug away at nature based treatise while perfecting prose that will inspire healthy lifestyles. spiritual growth, and continuous collaboration between mind, body, and spirit. I also tell it like it is, not holding much back about my disdain for big-pharma.

Chiliasm Diaries: The Book of Gabriel is a completed manuscript but still in a holding pattern for publication. For the last decade or so, not much good has come from our media outlets. Least of all quality and thought provoking fiction. Not wanting to be clumped into the pile of dumbed-down diarrhea spewing from the industry, I gave up the chase.

I’ve spent the time healing. Or at least trying to heal from what seems to be killing America these days.

All my novels incorporate similar criticism, some stock conspiracy, and a dash of truth. The blurred lines that plague modern man with doubt and a need for validation. Penance and Prey was my first publication. It is still available on Amazon. I hope to bring Chiliasm Diaries and A Remote Chance to the public, eventually. I am waiting for the reestablishment of a reputable publishing industry. One that supports inspired authors and quality literature.

I am a poet laureate and professional author paid for my blogs on healthcare, nutrition, and holistic medicine. Noted in Palm Beach Best and awarded publication of my poetry chap book, Masturbation, I work with local writing groups. I’ve organized writing workshops for the city of Coral Springs in their annual Festival of the Arts for many years.

I believe in God, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit. I am inspired by all things in nature and healed by sun, water, and air. I teach that the body, mind, and spirit are a conduit for all the magic, wonder, and miracles in the universe.  On these pages I post some of my favorite things, thoughts, and pondering. Blessed with seeing, vision, and insight, what I share is inevitably intriguing, sometimes disturbing, but always truthfully yours.
